Shipping Information

We aim to send all orders within 1-3 days of receiving payment.

We use Royal Mail to dispatch all our products unless otherwise specified and will be dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

Any orders received outside working hours will go into the next working day for processing.

To ensure that there are no mistakes with addresses and to check that our delivery company has all the correct details, we use a system that verifies your address using your postcode.

 We are unable to process orders to a P.O Box address.

 We are unable to offer delivery to British Forces Postal Office addresses.

 At zenze we only deliver to the UK mainland. 

Online only delivers online orders to UK addresses (excluding the Channel Islands).

We do not offer a collection service.

Some orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are not there to receive your order, our delivery company may leave a telephone number or delivery card for you to make alternative arrangements.

 

Once orders have been dispatched, zenze are not responsible for any delays that might occur and we can only advise on what Royal Mail gives as a schedule.
